Tour Baltimore with Dr. Kate: The History of Public Transportation in Baltimore

Join Dr. Kate Drabinski to learn about the history of Baltimore’s streetcar, bus, subway, and light rail systems and the politics and economics of moving people around the city.  

Bio: Kate Drabinski is Principal Lecturer in Gender, Women’s, + Sexuality Studies and Director of the WILL+ Program (Women Involved in Learning) at UMBC. Her research and teaching interests include feminist and queer theory, feminist activism, and the history of Baltimore City.
